Casava Cake
Ingredients:
2 pkgs casava, defrosted (frozen, grated from the Asian store)
1 can coconut milk
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 can of condensed milk
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together, except for the condensed milk. Put mixture in a rectangular pan and cook in a 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
2. After 45 minutes of baking, pour 1/2 can of condensed milk on top of casava cake and spread. Put back in the oven for another 20 minutes or until top has browned.
